Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us at the Green Store we value your support of our small family business.
We offer exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase if you change your mind. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges For Change Of Mind Purchases
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
- We do not refund purchases for change of mind.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, we can raise a credit for the value of your return.
Refund or Exchanges For Faulty Items
We will only refund or replace items if they are defective, not fit for intended purpose or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us via email on mail@thegreenstore.com.au

Some items can not be exchanged, this includes but is not limited to:
- Gift Vouchers
- Some health and personal care items
